A Gentle, Effective Body-Based Approach to Healing & Emotional Well-Being
I offer a warm, safe and compassionate space where we can gently explore what’s been holding you back. Using somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based therapy, I will support you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, build emotional resilience and lasting emotional balance—at your own pace, with deep care and understanding.
WHAT HAPPENS IN AN ONLINE SESSION
Our online sessions take place via Zoom, offering a safe and supportive environment to explore your inner world. Using a blend of Holistic Counselling, Somatic Processes, Polyvagal Theory. We work together effectively to uncover negative thought patterns, address emotional blockages, and set meaningful goals for healing and growth. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, guiding you toward deeper self-awareness and nervous system regulation from the comfort of your own space.
Here’s how we integrate somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and attachment-based healing into your sessions:
Somatic Therapy – Your body holds your experiences, and healing happens when we listen to it. Through gentle, guided awareness, we explore sensations, emotions, and patterns stored in your nervous system—helping you release tension, build resilience, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe.
Polyvagal Theory in Practice – Your nervous system constantly scans for safety. If you've been stuck in anxiety, panic, shutdown, or emotional overwhelm, we work on regulating your nervous system in real-time. I help you identify the states of your nervous system (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and introduce practical techniques to shift toward a sense of safety, connection, and ease.
Attachment-Based Healing – The way we relate to ourselves and others is shaped by our earliest experiences. If you struggle with trust, emotional closeness, or feeling worthy of connection, we gently explore these patterns without retraumatisation. Through a safe, attuned therapeutic relationship, we rebuild a foundation of self-trust, emotional security, and deeper connections.
Gentle Nervous System Rewiring – Chronic stress and trauma can create automatic responses in the body. Together, we practice small, manageable shifts that train your nervous system to move out of survival mode and into a space where you can feel more present, calm, and connected.

For effective results with new clients x6 sessions of 60 min weekly are recommended.
