Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release deep tension and restore balance in the nervous system. Using light touch, the therapist tunes into subtle movements in the craniosacral system — the membranes and fluids surrounding the brain and spinal cord — to support the body’s innate ability to heal.

This therapy can be especially beneficial for people experiencing chronic pain, jaw tension or dysfunction (TMJ), breathing difficulties, anxiety, burn out, sleep disturbances, tinnitus, headaches, or postural imbalances.

Unlike deep-tissue massage, Craniosacral Therapy works at a subtle level to calm the body from within. By helping the nervous system shift out of chronic stress responses, it encourages relaxation, eases muscle and fascial restrictions, improves fluid circulation, and supports clearer breathing and mental calm.

Many people describe sessions as deeply restorative — like the body finally exhaling. Over time, this gentle process can help unwind long-held patterns of tension, pain, or emotional holding, allowing you to feel more grounded, centered, and at ease in your own body.

Craniosacral therapy helps regulate the various body systems (lymphatic, immune, cardiovascular, endocrine, digestive, urinary, reproductive, respiratory, nervous). Including the Vagus Nerve which calm the fight-or-flight response and invite the body into a parasympathetic state of restoration.

I bring over a decade of experience in somatic healing, nervous system education, and effective bodywork.
